Our Chain of Responsibility courses equip workers, supervisors and managers to apply safety duties, control transport risks, and implement and monitor workplace procedures. Please note: Each Unit of Competency requires its own course booking and payment.

TLIF0009 – WORKERS & DRIVERS

• Understanding Chain of Responsibility roles and safety duties
• Identifying transport hazards and assessing risks
• Applying controls to support safe transport activities
• Following workplace safety procedures and reporting concerns
• Communicating safety requirements with others in the transport chain

TLIF0080 – SUPERVISORS & MANAGERS

• Identifying safety duties across transport operations
• Implementing workplace procedures to meet safety responsibilities
• Monitoring transport activities and the effectiveness of risk controls
• Reviewing records and investigating safety concerns
• Identifying improvements and taking corrective action

TLIF0009 is suitable for drivers, warehouse staff, plant operators and other workers who need to understand their Chain of Responsibility duties and apply safe work practices. TLIF0080 is suitable for schedulers, supervisors, managers and business owners responsible for implementing workplace procedures, monitoring Chain of Responsibility duties and overseeing transport safety.
