About this course
The refresher training includes a short theory and practical assessment. Refresher training is designed to provide:
- Updates on legislation and standards
- Introduction to new techniques
- Exposure to different equipment from the person’s workplace
- An opportunity to discuss issues and experiences with other personnel working in the field
- Verification that personnel remain competent to perform the relevant tasks
Refresher training can be conducted on the following equipment, as well as additional equipment and machinery upon request:
- Counter balance forklift
- High reach forklift
- Order picking forklift
- Order picking turret truck

Successful completion of this course results in a Certificate of Completion and Wallet Card for the dedicated plant/machinery the applicant has been assessed on. A Verification of Competency (VOC) can also be issued at an extra fee
