This course provides a comprehensive overview of Work Health and Safety, giving participants the knowledge and skills to understand WHS laws, workplace responsibilities and practical approaches to managing health and safety in the workplace. It also explains the role of SafeWork NSW, Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and Health and Safety Committees in ensuring safe and compliant work environments.

  • Enforcement powers: Provisional Improvement Notices (PINs) and directing unsafe work to cease
